AEO consistently satisfies their male customer base with great offerings in jeans, shirts, and accessories - however, their male customers have a high resistance to the shopping experience, on average spending only 26 minutes in-store before deciding to buy or leave.
For this project, we were challenged to combine social design with existing problem areas in Pittsburgh to implement a human-focused solution to any problem. In our case, we decided to move forward with recycling at Carnegie Mellon.
